Sheraton: Go Beyond


We launched Sheraton's newest brand campaign and put the spotlight on their greatest asset: their associates. Based on true customer stories, we created a series of films taking small moments of service and making them larger than life.



Online, we followed-up “The Deep” with a series of digital shorts depicting other true stories of Sheraton Associates going beyond in a similarly epic fashion.


We also created YouTube preroll where our associates helped people go beyond and straight to the video they actually wanted to watch.
